On May 15, 2016, Breitburn Energy Partners LP and 21 affiliated debtors (collectively, the “Debtors”) each filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The cases are pending before the Honorable Stuart M. Bernstein and are jointly administered under Case No. 16-11390.
