On April 16, 2015, Adinath Corp. and Simply Fashion Stores, Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtors”) each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. The cases are pending before the Honorable Laurel M. Isicoff, and are jointly administered under Case No.15-16885.
