On March 25, 2014, Autoseis, Inc. and five affiliated debtors (collectively, the “Debtors”) each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division. The Debtors’ cases are pending before the Honorable Richard S. Schmidt and are jointly administered under Case No. 14-20130.
